I actually enjoy construction games. Played this at a friend’s house for a few hours. The graphics are descent and the game can be challenging some what but if you’re a mega gamer then it should not take that long to get everything down pat.
If I were going to rank the game I would have to give it 7 out of 10. I think they could have improved on the graphics some but made it a little more challenging. I still get on it from time to time but usually I just like to watch my friend play it. However out of most of the construction games out there I would recommend this in my top 3. It’s still a challenge some times but the game play is fun and it keeps me out of trouble.
It’s not a game at all it is really a form of program to create games. It is very tricky if no one has ever used a program like this however it is very easy to pick up on. Very friendly oriented and the tutorials help a lot. It lets you create a game similar to games you may like to play. It’s more for a person with an imagination. Without an imagination I would not recommend this to anyone! Anyway it’s kinda old school compared to the new software out there but it is still fun to use.
Pretty simple making games to be honest. Just need to follow the directions and experiment with it. Yes this is also in many other reviews but I agree that it is just like the lego construction program. Start with a grid and go from there. Just start building off that. Or you can kind of compare it to c++ in a way. Just like you are writing a program. You can add a file list, an edit list just a little easier to use and a little easier to comprehend and understand. I mean shoot if my 10 year old brother can do it then I know any one can do it.
I would actually give 3D Construction Kit an eight out of ten, for the easy learning but still a lot of fun. I’m not sure as to the cost of it now but I guarantee that you won’t be wasting your money with this program. If anything in the long run you may just save a few dollars by creating your own games than buying the more expensive games from the store. So I wish you all fun and happy creating with this program.
