The Adventures of Willy Beamish is an adventure game where you will be taking control of the character Willy Beamish. Your character is the middle child of your overly typical family who is very obsessed with science, games, and just like any nine year old kid, his friends.
The game begins with you being sent to detention because of your pet frog. Your frog disrupted the schools assembly. You will either have the choice to stay in detention or hurry home before your parents see your report card. You will attempt making a hall pass and then you must avoid the school bullies. This can be a very complicated task, making it that you have to be aware of all your surroundings. One main point of the game is Willy wanting to take part in a Nintari competition, but this becomes more difficult because your gaming consoles have been taken away. Then your father all of a sudden looses his job, there is a street gang causing problems around town, and the plumbers are having a massive revolt coming up.
To loose the game you can do this two ways. These ways include not solving puzzles and getting shipped off to military school. There is only one way to avoid getting shipped off to military school and that is to not annoy your elders. That means pretty much doing anything they ask and avoid everything that would get them upset. The game has many humorous parts that go along with the game play. Even though the entire game has been based on a nine year olds daily life experiences, this can become very amusing. The entire game features very out of the ordinary characters which give this game a wonderful and funny appeal to it.
The graphical design that has been used throughout the entire game is phenomenal. The backgrounds have been hand painted with your very traditional cell animations. This allows the game to go to the next level of graphical design that definitely give this game a great appeal.
The Adventures of Willy Beamish is a very outrageous game. There are so many great puzzles that you will be required to solve with your very simple point and click interface that make this game truly enjoyable for all gamers. The game has been designed to attract any group of gamers, so if you have enjoyed those out of the ordinary games in the past and are looking for a new game to attempt then The Adventures of Willy Beamish would be a great addition for you. There are so many superb aspects about this game that will having you very addicted in no time. There is no doubt you will not only be playing a game, you will be laughing till your cheeks are throbbing with pain.

Willy must travel through his home town uncovering the mysteries that have been occurring while at the same time avoid getting shipped off to boot camp. After your father has been fired from his job he applies at a local soda company. Eventually you discover that they plan to use him as a decoy for their master plan to take over the peaceful town. However they never calculated on Willy's devotion to save his father and spoil their devious plan.
Willy Beamish is by far the finest adventure game I have ever played. From the sexy nurse to the not so sexy baby sitter this game boasts some of the best graphics, gameplay, sound, story, and difficulty you will encounter. Sierra and Dynamix made one of the greatest and most underrated games ever. This game should truly be entered into a classic gaming hall of fame. One of my favorite aspects of The Adventures Of Willy Beamish is that your actions can lead to your demise. Unlike other adventure games, in Willy Beamish what you say actually affects if you complete the game or not. One smart-ass remark can get you beat up or worse. A true classic, Willy Beamish will always be one I praise and one I shall never forget.
