I Can't Download

Everytime I try to download a game (in this case, "Gloria"), the page will just be blank for a few seconds during load up and suddenly stops loading, leaving me staring at a blank screen and no download. What the hell? :/

| Hi Kokoro! You need to follow the easy mandatory steps before you can begin downloading but the page should not be blank. I'm not sure if your connection could have been bad, or if our connection is bad. Please try to download your game again, you should never get a blank screen when browsing the CDOS website. |

No luck yet... Still trying to D/L 'Callahan's Crosstime Saloon' Following is the correspondence regarding this problem. I fully understand how to download, as you described. I can't get to the file. The text link (there is no button, as you suggest) 'Download This Game' is NOT a link to the file, it's a link to the php page which is the download manager. That's the page that brings up a blank.
If I right click and save, as you suggest , all I get is the link to the download manager, game_download.php. If I execute the link, I get the same blank page. There are no other links that I could find that take me to the game.
This is becoming a challenge. I'd like to resolve it.
Here's the history of our correspondence:

First of all thank you for your email. Apparently you had some troubles with the download system. You probably did not save the file correctly to your hard drive.
Please download the file again but right-click the Download-the-game button with your mouse and select Save-target-as from the mouse menu.
I have added 3 new download credits to your account. You can login with your username and download the games of your choice.
Have fun and please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

| Well, you are correct that right clicking on the "download this game" link will not work because it takes you to a .php page, you will never be able to download the game that way. It's really strange that you get a blank page when going to that page though, it seems like either a you don't have the amount of balance to download or there is something strange with your account not making it possible for you to download. Have you downloaded anything else from our site? |

| I am having the same problem as the reported issues above. I'm trying to download Magic the Gathering but when linking to the download manager all I get is a blank screen. I have downloaded another game on the site with no problems but it's clear that for this game, as with you guy above, that particular link is not aimed at the correct place for the download to take place. I have the right amount of balance so it isn't this and is definitely a problem from your site. Please can this be corrected or another direct URL link be placed on here that does link to the right place? |

| i am also having the same problem with broken sword 1 and discworld 1. I downloaded some stupid hentai game to test it and that downloaded perfectly. Is this problem going to be sorted? |

same problem here tried to download Valkyrie Fight Tag and got the blank screen thing.
and yes i have credit and just downloaded house of the dead and star wars tie fighter right before hand |

I have the same problem trying to download Blood2. I have tried IE7, Firefox 3.6.3 and Opera 10 both on XP SP3 and Linux. I have download credits. I also cannot access download partners, cannot send message from website, get 404 error, says click here if I get 404
error but this just returns me to the previous page with my message removed. |
