EVOLUTION Crash

I downloaded the game Evolution from this site...
It downloaded and installed fine, it even boots up the game. But then when I initialise the actual game the whole thing just crashes! It is very annoying because from the looks of things this is a nice game.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

| Hey PooFaceBum. Are you using any type of emulator? like DOSBox when you play it? Tell me more about your system so I know what to look for mate! |

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem. The game loads but crashes when I click on Start so that the game really begins. I use Win XP SP2 on a Sempron 2300+, 512mb RAM, and a RADEON 9600 pro 256mb. I tried to run the game from DOSBox (the emulator), but it shows a message saying that the game cannot be run in DOS mode. What can I do? Is it something related to graphics?

Ah this a very tricky thing to figure out. Does the game load anything or does it always crash during initialization? You would think Win XP would be able to handle the game.
To oblador: yes, your graphics card can have something to do with it but in this case I don't think it has. |
